Q. Where are you located and what states can you hold rodeos in?

A. We are in the great state of Alabama and are sanctioned by the PCA (Professional Cowboy Association). We can hold events anywhere in the United States. IF you are in an area that does not have a lot of PCA competitors, we can always have an Open Rodeo or Bull riding event to meet your needs.

Q. What type of locations can you hold a rodeo event at?

A. We can take your bare land, fairgrounds, coliseum, public event centers and turn it into a rodeo event. We have a fully portable rodeo pen complete with bucking chutes and animal containment pens. If we are doing an indoor event, our rodeo pen needs to be 150 x 250 to fully house the rodeo pen. For a bare land type of event, we prefer to have about a 5-acre area which would include all parking, vendors, seating and event area.

Q. What do I need to provide you in order to put on a rodeo event?

A. Lighting/portable lighting, water, a tractor to maintain the ground where the rodeo will be held and a forklift to unload and load the rodeo pen and an ambulance on sight during the entire event. We provide all the labor; we just need the equipment for the event.

Q. How long are rodeo events?

A. Our shows usually last between 2 – 2.5 hours depending on the number of contestants and intermission times.

Q. Do I need to supply workers to run the rodeo?

A. We provide all of the labor for set up and breakdown of the rodeo as well as back pen help and wranglers before and during the event. We provide a secretary, announcer, and event coordinator to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Q. Do you provide Insurance? Are competitors, spectators and property protected?

A. Yes, we provide event insurance. We provide supplemental insurance that covers competitors, spectators and property damage should any incidence occur, we have a standard policy which covers $1,000,000.00 up to $5,000,000.00 depending on the size/location of the event. Rest assured, we make sure everyone is protected. We always have a paramedic on site during all events.

Q. What type of events do you offer?

A. We offer a variety of events for each rodeo. Anyone holding a 3R Rodeo, can choose single event functions or the whole package. We are happy to offer a flexible show schedule to meet your needs.

Q. What type of seating do you offer?

A. We have portable bleachers and in some cases there may be stadium style seating. Some events offer VIP sections which are pre-sale tickets. Your also welcome to bring your own seating and set up anywhere around the rodeo pen.

*We always recommend coming 30-60 minutes early for choice parking and seating. All seating and parking are first come first served.

Q. How do you get tickets and is there an age limit?

A. Most tickets are sold at the gate however, we do offer pre-sale tickets on select events. Ticket prices vary per event, however children under 5 are always free.

All 3R Rodeo Company events are family friendly and focus on a family friendly atmosphere. We encourage you to bring the whole family out to this event.

Q. Do you offer advertising support?

A. We advertise all 3R Rodeo events on our social media pages and website. We have several vendors we can refer you to that will help bring in revenue to your event. We can provide you a rodeo checklist of things to do prior to your rodeo event to help make it the most successful.
